Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Guests must stay in the apartment with due care and respect of the house rules.
It is mandatory to use bed linen (pillowcase, duvet cover and fitted sheet).
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and in the common areas of buildings.
Pets are not allowed.
A maximum of 4 people is allowed to stay in the apartment.
It is not allowed to move beds and other furniture.
It is not allowed to organize parties in the apartment.
It is not allowed to place bicycles, scooters, steps, etc. in the apartment.
If you cause damage to furniture or furnishings in any way, we request that you report this to the landlord before your departure at the latest.
Please respect the quite hours from 21:00 PM.
The landlord is not liable for accidents, damage or loss during the stay. The use of Skyway Apartment is at your own risk.
Bookings are always subject to approval
Bookings may only be made for personal use, subletting is not allowed.
The apartment must be left clean.
